Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the receipt of your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, We cover the cost and will either reship a replacement or issue a full refund.

Personal returns: If the return is for personal reasons (such as a change of mind, wrong size, or no longer needed), the return shipping cost is usually the customer’s responsibility.
If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label (when applicable) along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without a return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to assess the issue and resolve it for you.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), customized products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us if you have questions about your specific item.
Sale items or gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the desired item is to return your current item and purchase the new item separately once the return has been accepted.
EU 14-Day Legal Withdrawal Period
If goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without giving a reason. Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know whether the return has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded within ten business days via the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
